Wallet and Balance Rules
The demo begins with a virtual balance of 1000. This balance is stored in the browser's local storage and persists across sessions if the round is settled.
- Refill Rule: If the balance falls below 10 and the user is idle, clicking refill sets the balance to exactly 1000. This is a manual reset, not an automatic replenishment or deposit.
- Fractional Carry: Fractional carry persists across settlement, refill, and reload events.
- Unfinished Reload: If a round is in progress (unfinalized) and the page is reloaded, the captured debit is lost without refund and the round does not resume.
- Controls: Stake, power selection, and refill are locked while the round is active and through any automatic queue. Sound controls remain available.
Game Mechanics and Scoring
The game reveals 12 independent fair bits in order. The objective is to count distinct nonempty factors appearing at least twice, having at least two distinct left extensions and two distinct right extensions (including beginning/end sentinels).
- Score Powers: Users preselect a raw-score power: 1, 2, or 3.
- Live Quote: The live gross bank quote is calculated as: 0.96 × captured whole stake × conditional expected terminal raw score raised to selected power ÷ unconditional mean for that power.
- Exact Means: The exact unconditional means for powers 1, 2, and 3 are 7.03466796875, 50.91064453125, and 377.62841796875 respectively.
- Volatility: The quote may rise or fall as bits are revealed. If zero future potential remains, the quote settles to zero.
Stopping Rules and Modes
Each semantic reveal follows a 650ms interval.
- Manual Bank: Available immediately while live. Settles the current conditional quote.
- Automatic Reveal Cap: Users select a cap of 4, 8, or 12 revealed phases. The system automatically banks the current quote at that cap or earlier if zero conditional value is reached.
- Locking: Captured stake, power, and cap are locked until settlement. No Auto10 queue is used.
Payout and Settlement
The expected gross return under the supported stopping policies is 96%. This is an exact mathematical expectation, not a guarantee of net profit for any single session.
- Gross vs. Net: The payout is gross (including stake). Fractional carry is saved.
- Settlement: Manual bank settles the current value. Auto-bank caps trigger settlement at the defined phase. Zero conditional potential settles zero.
Mathematical Evidence
Simulation measurements support the exact mathematical rules. The table below shows measured returns from 1,000,000 rounds per configuration.
| Mode (Power) | Auto Cap | Exact Gross RTP | Measured RTP |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0 (Power 1) | 4 | 0.96 | 95.9982% |
| 0 (Power 1) | 8 | 0.96 | 95.9925% |
| 0 (Power 1) | 12 | 0.96 | 95.9868% |
| 1 (Power 2) | 4 | 0.96 | 96.0080% |
| 1 (Power 2) | 8 | 0.96 | 95.9894% |
| 1 (Power 2) | 12 | 0.96 | 95.9596% |
| 2 (Power 3) | 4 | 0.96 | 96.0014% |
| 2 (Power 3) | 8 | 0.96 | 95.9948% |
| 2 (Power 3) | 12 | 0.96 | 95.9931% |
Privacy and Storage
The absence of account or payment controls does not prove that no personal data are processed.
- Storage: The demo uses browser localStorage for settled balance and fractional carry. Clearing cached files may leave local storage depending on browser settings.
- Third Parties: The template declares a Google Fonts stylesheet. Actual browser request capture is pending; this is not a claim that other requests or processing are absent.
- Anonymity: This does not establish anonymity or exclude other processing.
Frequently asked questions
Does reloading the page refund an unfinished round?
No. Reloading an unfinished trace ends the round without refund or resume. The captured debit is lost.
How does the automatic bank cap work?
You select a cap of 4, 8, or 12. The system automatically banks the current quote at that specific reveal phase, or earlier if the zero conditional potential is reached. Actions use no information about hidden bits.
Is the 96% RTP guaranteed?
No. The 96% is the exact expected gross return under the supported stopping policies. Simulation measurements show slight variations (e.g., 95.99% or 96.00%), but this is not a guarantee of net profit for any session.
